Michelle oversees the transformation efforts of the company including our global project management office, which is responsible for driving enterprise-wide programs including integrations. She also leads Energizer’s digital transformation efforts to redefine our tools, processes and capabilities as well as our corporate communications team. Since joining Energizer in 2000, Michelle has held progressive leadership positions in marketing, sales and strategy. Prior to her current role, she served as Chief Growth Officer as well as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Marketing Officer.

Michelle brings a wealth of experience in brand management from Albertsons, Ore-Ida and H.J. Heinz, where she focused on innovations to deliver consumer-relevant solutions and drive growth.

Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Boise State University. She also completed management leadership programs at Northwestern University.
