Prior to his current role, Mark served as President and Chief Operating Officer since 2015. His previous roles at Energizer included Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary as well as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Mark began his career at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner in 1998, where he was a partner from 2007 to 2010, specializing in business and transactional counseling and mergers and acquisitions.

Mark holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and law degree from Saint Louis University.
