Yeremi’s love of wine coupled with his love of travel has taken this native of Peru to some of the most remarkable places, particularly in Chile where he has lived since 1988. One of his favorite destinations: Chile’s Cochagua Valley, one of the best places in the world for wine production.
Travel has taught Yeremi not only to be accepting of a variety of people and cultures, it’s taught him to be flexible and adapt to changes. “I have learned that although you can plan every detail of a trip, you will still have to face changes, and you will have to solve them with a big smile and a lot of creativity.”
And that’s just what his job requires of him, too. “Living and working in LATAM requires us to think differently. During my 8 years at Energizer, creativity and innovation are the main drivers to compete since we will never have the same wallet as P&G.”
Facing a competitor as big and deep-pocketed as P&G could be daunting, but Yeremi loves the challenge and recognizes that it’s the team of people and the culture at Energizer that can make anything possible. “At Energizer we are a family of honest, sincere, competitive, creative and innovative people.
