When he’s not at the plant, you might find Raul holding a Christmas party for 200 children in his own home. Or improving living conditions for local mountain villagers. Taking care of people so they can take care of business is a big part of who Raul is.
“In my role, I need to be able to actively listen and get feedback from plant colleagues so they are continually engaged in a problem solving and continuous improvement mentality. You need to set a direction by example to attain the strategic business goals for manufacturing operations.”
A firm believer that if his team focuses on process, results will follow, Raul has been able to walk into difficult situations and turn them around quickly.
