During her 28 years with Energizer Holdings, PJ has displayed a challenger mindset, driving her to innovate whenever and wherever she could – whether in Transaction Recording, Data Analysis and Forecasting, or Cost Control, Variance Analysis and Business Decision Support.
Her drive for constant improvement led her to question reporting inconsistencies across Asia. With an eye for optimization, she developed a regional template that helped align Asia with the rest of the world. In Sri Lanka, she developed a costing template to overcome inconsistencies between reports and what was actually happening in the plant.
In her traveling across Asia, she helps in reducing costs and improving efficiency, and ultimately making a lot of people happy. Including PJ. “Traveling is like hitting a lot of birds with one stone. You get to unwind a bit, enjoy the view, learn a lot of stuff, and work together on common goals along the way.”
