Boy band guitarist still taking on the big boys.
Julian has a passion for music. And not many know this, but as a member of the boy band group, Enigma, Julian appeared on a popular UK talent contest called Saturday Superstore. He even has a You Tube video.
“My passion for guitar playing in those early years spurred me on to be the best that I could be. Energizer for me is not a job, but a challenge.”
With his sights set on big things from his early days as an aspiring rock star, nothing’s too difficult or daunting for Julian to take on.
“My whole role in the business is based around a challenger mindset. In Household & Shaving Categories we compete against P&G – the largest Consumer Products Company in the world and we need to offset their scale and investment leverage. Our approach is to be more nimble, agile and responsive to changing consumer, shopper and customer needs. We ensure that this approach is consistently adopted driving home a common theme with customers.”
