Gayle has been Vice President and General Counsel of Energizer Holdings since March, 2003. Prior to her current position, she served as Vice President, Legal Matters - Operations of Eveready Battery Company, Inc. since 2002. From 1996 to 2002, she served as Assistant General Counsel - Domestic. Gayle joined Eveready Battery Company, Inc. in 1990.
