Mark joined Energizer in 2010 as Vice President and Secretary. In April 2012, Mark was named Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Mark came to Energizer from Bryan Cave LLP where he was a partner specializing in many areas including business and transactional counseling and mergers and acquisitions. Mark joined Bryan Cave LLP in 1998 and represented Energizer in the acquisition of Playtex and the Edge/Skintimate businesses.
