The Commercial organization of Energizer Holdings is responsible for developing plans and strategies to grow our business in the global marketplace. As a member of our team, you’ll help align the strategies, resources, processes and people across the organization to ensure that we are all focused on consumer and customer initiatives that expand our business today, tomorrow and in years to come.
A more direct impact.
Being part of the Commercial team allows you to directly impact the consumers that buy our products, our customer partners that carry our products and the price they will pay for the consumer-driven products we develop and manufacture. This in turn impacts the financial performance of the company, as you have significant control over which products are successfully sold and how profitable the business is.
You’ll also be involved in developing our brands and building our product portfolios. This includes selling in products and programs to retailers, managing the shipment and flow of product through the supply chain, and partnering with our retailers to manage our categories.
